Also known as @SarasotaWarrior, my journey in aerial arts began back in 2009. From the start, I was drawn to the captivating world of aerial performance. For three years, I had the privilege of both performing and instructing for a dance theater until 2012.
In 2013, I opened my very own studio and began my GettingInverted adventure, where I started selling fabrics for aerial arts. At the heart of my teachings were Aerial Yoga and Silks, which I wholeheartedly shared with my students until 2015. 

However, life dealt me a tragic blow in 2015 when I lost my beloved son during labor. This devastating event led me to take a break from teaching, as I grappled with grief and tried to find healing and solace. In the following year, I discovered a form of therapy and inspiration through creating magical pieces of flying art—Custom Dyed Fabrics became my canvas for expression and healing.

Since then, I have dedicated myself to honing my craft in custom dyeing. Over the past six years, I have garnered extensive experience and skill in creating unique dyes, crafting hundreds of exquisite pieces for individuals, performers, and studios alike. I pull/break test random samples of our custom dyes every few years. Last tests were in 2019 and 2021 by Florida Wire & Rigging. I snapshot of the certificate from these tests are included with each fabric shipped. 

Beyond my aerial passion, I lead a fulfilling life as a wife, mother of three, devoted dog mom, and homeschool teacher. My days are vibrant and ever-changing, filled with love, joy, and the pursuit of constant growth.Together, my aerial journey and personal life have molded me into who I am today—a strong, creative, and resilient individual. I take immense pride in the growth of GettingInverted, which has now become a leading destination for custom dyed fabrics. My dedication to my craft inspires me each day to reach new heights, both in the skies and in my personal life.
